Creative Traffic Manager
You will be responsible for:
· Work in in-house Creative Studio
· Receive and process project requests, ensure the briefs are of quality, collect important informations and materials.
· Assign tasks and track the project’s progress
· Proactively manage the schedule and workload, consulting with Creative Studio Director and Project Owners.
· Be responsible for keeping track of deadlines and delivering projects on time
· Conducting a weekly status meeting to go over all jobs
· Produce Creative Studio report
· Partner with Studio Director and Team Leaders to ensure there is everything clear and projects are moving smoothly
· Report about current workflow, and communicate any possible issues with too much, or too little, work coming into the studio
· Work temporary with freelancers and contractors, getting them up to speed on jobs they will assist with
We expect from you:
· 4 years+ of graphic and marketing projects management work experience
· Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
· Understanding of the creative studio workflow processes
· Strong written and verbal communications skills
· Resource fullness and work independently with little direction
· Ability to take initiative
· Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Google web-based applications
· Knowledge of Jira Project Tracking software and PowerBI
· Great planning and organizational skills, exercise judgment and problem-solving ability
